The Clover Blue Eagles lacrosse squad (Clover, SC), was overwhelmed 18-14 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC)

Coming up next, the Sabres meet the Providence Panthers (Charlotte, NC) in a Southwestern/So Meck challenge, on Thursday, March 23. South Mecklenburg will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 19-4 non-league win over Sun Valley (Monroe, NC).

The Blue Eagles now sport a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Spring Valley for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 20. Clover will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 25-2 non-league loss to A.C. Flora (Columbia, SC). The Vikings record now stands at 2-8.
