The Parkland Trojans baseball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting Quakertown Panthers to 1 in the Trojans non-league win on Friday.

The Trojans now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Whitehall for a Eastern Penn - Skyline test on Wednesday, March 26. Parkland will play a Zephyrs team coming off a 9-7 non-league win over Wyoming Valley West (Plymouth, PA). The Zephyrs record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, Quakertown drops to 0-1 on the year. The Panthers host Perkiomen School (Pennsburg, PA) to play the Panthers in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 25. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 0-1. Perkiomen School lost 4-1 in their recent non-league match against Central Bucks East (Doylestown, PA)
