Louisiana High School Softball - Lakeshore edges St. Charles Catholic
March 22, 2025: LaPlace, LA 70068 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Lakeshore (Mandeville, LA) and the host St. Charles Catholic Comets (LaPlace, LA), observed Lakeshore's softball team get by St. Charles Catholic by a tally of 8-6.
The (7-7) will now prepare for their bout against St. Thomas Aquinas (Hammond, LA). The Falcons go into the non-league bout with a 8-9 record. In their last bout, St. Thomas Aquinas by French Settlement (French Settlement, LA), 11-1, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Comets clash with the University Lab Cubs (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 24. St. Charles Catholic will attempt to advance on its 12-5 season record. The Cubs go into the bout with a 10-7 record after their 18-0 non-league loss to Central Private (Baker, LA).
