The Manti Templars (Manti, UT) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Emery Spartans (Castle Dale, UT), 7-1 in Wednesday's league challenge.

The Templars now hold a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carbon for a 3A Region 13 contest on Friday, March 27. Manti will battle a Dinos team coming off a 2-0 league win over North Sanpete (Mt. Pleasant, UT). The Dinos record now stands at 5-3.

The Spartans (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Union (Roosevelt, UT). The Cougars enter the 3A Region 13 contest with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Union was overwhelmed by North Sanpete (Mt. Pleasant, UT), 2-1, in a league challenge.
