Nebraska High School Baseball - Omaha Westside can't hold off Gretna

In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Gretna Dragons baseball team scored a tight 6-5 victory over the Omaha Westside Warriors.

The Dragons (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bellevue East (Bellevue, NE). The Chieftains come into the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Bellevue East was nipped by Bellevue West (Bellevue, NE), 13-3, in a league contest.

The Warriors now sport a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Creighton Prep for a A District 1 contest on Monday, March 29. Omaha Westside will encounter a Junior Jays squad coming off a 11-1 league win over Omaha Northwest (Omaha, NE). The Junior Jays record now stands at 4-0.
