North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Christ School can't get by Providence Day

March 27, 2021: Charlotte, NC 28270

Providence Day Chargers (Charlotte, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting Christ School Greenies (Arden, NC), 6-5 in a non-league test.

The Chargers now have a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Charlotte Christian for a NCISAA -Division I test on Tuesday, March 30. Providence Day will face a Knights squad coming off a 11-10 non-league win over SouthLake Christian Academy (Huntersville, NC). The Knights record now stands at 2-0.

In their next game, the Greenies face the IMG Academy Ascenders (Bradenton, FL) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, March 31. Christ School will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Ascenders come into the test with a 7-1 record after their 12-5 non-league win over Palm Harbor University (Palm Harbor, FL).
