The Cleveland Central Wolves baseball team scored 14 runs and held the visiting Vicksburg Gators to 10 in the Wolves league win on Friday.

The Wolves now hold a 5-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Florence for a 5A Region 2 test on Tuesday, March 31. Cleveland Central will play a Eagles team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Madison Central (Madison, MS). The Eagles record now stands at 7-10.

With the defeat, Vicksburg moves to 9-7 on the season. The Gators host Pelahatchie (Pelahatchie, MS) to battle the Chiefs in a non-league outing on Monday, March 30. The Chiefs come into the outing with a record of 6-11. Pelahatchie lost 10-0 in their recent league outing against Puckett (Puckett, MS)
