Spectators at Tuesday's league battle between the Merino Rams (Merino, CO) and the visiting Wiggins Tigers (Wiggins, CO), saw Merino's baseball squad knock off Wiggins by a count of 23-3.

Coming up next, the Rams play the Wray Eagles (Wray, CO) in a 2A/1A Lower Platte battle, on Saturday, April 2. Merino will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 2-1 record after their 12-2 league win over Caliche (Iliff, CO).
