The South Mecklenburg Sabres walloped the host Butler Bulldogs lacrosse team by a final score of 17-4 in Thursday's league match.

With the win, South Mecklenburg betters its record to 6-5 on the season. The Sabres travel to Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC) to play the Falcons in a non-league match on Friday, March 31. The Falcons go into the match with a record of 6-7. Nation Ford lost 17-8 in their recent non-league match against Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC)
