New York High School Lacrosse - South Side overwhelms Lynbrook
March 31, 2025: Rockville Centre, NY 11570 The South Side Cyclones lacrosse squad scored 11 points and limited the visiting Lynbrook Owls to 5 in the Cyclones non-league triumph on Monday.
The Cyclones now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Roslyn for a Section 8 B - League 2 outing on Friday, April 4. South Side will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 11-3 non-league win over Walt Whitman (Huntington Station, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Lynbrook falls to 0-1 on the year. The Owls travel to Hicksville (Hicksville, NY) to face the Comets in a Section 8 A outing on Wednesday, April 9. The Comets go into the outing with a record of 0-0.
