In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Buckeye Hawks volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Valley Vista Monsoon.

The Hawks (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Glendale (Glendale, AZ). The Cardinals come into the 5A Central Valley challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Glendale lost by Canyon View (Waddell, AZ), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Monsoon meet the Sunnyslope Vikings (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 6. Valley Vista will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Apollo (Glendale, AZ).
