Illinois High School Basketball - Earlville overwhelms Leland

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Earlville Red Raiders (Earlville, IL) and the host Leland Panthers (Leland, IL), saw Earlville's basketball squad wallop Leland by a tally of 64-21.

With the victory, Earlville improves its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Red Raiders travel to DePue (DePue, IL) to confront the Little Giants in a Little Ten challenge on Saturday, March 6. The Little Giants come into the challenge with a record of 0-7. DePue lost 53-42 in their recent league challenge against Hiawatha (Kirkland, IL)

Next up, the Panthers confront the Indian Creek Timberwolves (Shabbona, IL) in a Little Ten challenge, on Wednesday, March 10. Leland will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Timberwolves come into the challenge with a 14-4 record after their 70-57 non-league loss to East Dubuque (East Dubuque, IL).
