March 8, 2023: Asheville, NC 28801 Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Asheville Cougars (Asheville, NC), 12-7 in a non-league test.
With the win, Lake Norman upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC) to battle the Wonders in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 14. The Wonders come into the test with a record of 2-1.
With the defeat, Asheville falls to 0-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to West Henderson (Hendersonville, NC) to battle the Falcons in a non-league test on Monday, March 13. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 2-1. West Henderson lost 4-2 in their recent non-league test against T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC)
