In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Southwestern Warriors basketball team scored a good 67-56 triumph over the McCracken County Mustangs.

In their next game, the Warriors meet the Franklin County Flyers (Frankfort, KY) in a non-league match, on Friday, March 11. Southwestern will attempt to move on its 26-7 season record. The Flyers enter the match with a 28-7 record after their 46-43 non-league win over Henderson County (Henderson, KY).

With the defeat, McCracken County moves to 31-2 on the year.
