The Sitka Wolves basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the host Houston Hawks to 29 in the Wolves non-league victory on Thursday.

The Wolves now sport a 17-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mt. Edgecumbe for a non-league contest on Friday, March 10. Sitka will battle a Braves team coming off a 67-9 non-league win over Redington (Wasilla, AK). The Braves record now stands at 20-4.

The Hawks (6-19) will now prepare for their contest against Redington (Wasilla, AK). The Huskies come into the 3A Eastern contest with a 1-22 record. In their last contest, Redington was routed by Mt. Edgecumbe (Sitka, AK), 67-9, in a non-league contest.
