The North Pocono Trojans baseball team scored 22 runs and held the host West Scranton Invaders to 1 in the Trojans league win on Thursday.

The Trojans now hold a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Bethlehem Catholic for a non-league test on Saturday, April 12. North Pocono will play a Hawks team coming off a 16-1 league loss to Freedom (Bethlehem, PA). The Hawks record now stands at 5-5.

With the defeat, West Scranton drops to 1-5 on the year. The Invaders travel to Wallenpaupack Area (Hawley, PA) to play the Buckhorns in a Lackawanna 1 test on Friday, April 11. The Buckhorns go into the test with a record of 1-5. Wallenpaupack Area lost 3-1 in their recent league test against North Pocono (Covington Township, PA)
