In Friday's non-league bout, the Valley Christian Trojans (Chandler, AZ) baseball team routed the visiting Snowflake Lobos (Snowflake, AZ), by a margin of 15-2.

The Trojans now hold a 18-2 record. They take the field next when they host Coolidge for a 3A Central test on Monday, April 14. Valley Christian will play a Bears team coming off a 17-3 non-league loss to Tanque Verde (Tucson, AZ). The Bears record now stands at 5-10.

With the defeat, Snowflake drops to 11-6 on the year. The Lobos host Show Low (Show Low, AZ) to play the Cougars in a 3A East test on Tuesday, April 15. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 13-7. Show Low lost 3-2 in their recent league test against Holbrook (Holbrook, AZ)
