Texas High School Baseball - East View defeats Belton
April 12, 2025: Belton, TX 76513 The East View Patriots (Georgetown, TX) baseball trounced the host Belton Tigers (Belton, TX), 11-5 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Patriots now own a 9-10 record. They take the field next when they host Elgin for a 5A Region III District 23 challenge on Tuesday, April 15. East View will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 7-1 non-league win over Glenn (Leander, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 12-9.
With the defeat, Belton drops to 9-13 on the year. The Tigers travel to Ellison (Killeen, TX) to clash with the Eagles in a 5A Region II District 16 challenge on Tuesday, April 15. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 1-14. Ellison lost 19-2 in their recent league challenge against University (Waco, TX)
