Hawken Hawks (Gates Mills, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Orange Lions (Pepper Pike, OH), 19-0 in a league challenge.

The Hawks now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Harvey for a Chagrin Valley - Chagrin challenge on Wednesday, April 14. Hawken will face a Red Raiders squad coming off a 4-1 league win over Chagrin Falls (Chagrin Falls, OH). The Red Raiders record now stands at 6-2.

With the loss, Orange falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Lakeside (Ashtabula, OH) to face the Dragons in a Chagrin Valley - Lake challenge on Thursday, April 15.
