April 15, 2022: Kingsport, TN 37664 Westside Rams (Anderson, SC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Dobyns-Bennett Indians (Kingsport, TN), 5-4 in a non-league test.
With the win, Westside upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Rams host Karns (Knoxville, TN) to battle the Beavers in a non-league test on Friday, April 15. The Beavers come into the test with a record of 5-8. Karns lost 5-1 in their recent league test against Knoxville Central (Knoxville, TN)
With the defeat, Dobyns-Bennett falls to 11-7 on the season. The Indians host David Crockett (Jonesborough, TN) to battle the Pioneers in a 4A District 1 test on Monday, April 18. The Pioneers come into the test with a record of 6-10. David Crockett lost 6-2 in their recent non-league test against Christian Academy of Knoxville (Knoxville, TN)
