April 17, 2023: Charlotte, NC 28210 The Hough Huskies lacrosse squad (Cornelius, NC), was overwhelmed 16-7 in Monday's non-league challenge with the host South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC)
Coming up next, the Sabres meet the Charlotte Christian Knights (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, April 19. South Mecklenburg will attempt to improve on its 9-5 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 16-3 non-league loss to Providence Day (Charlotte, NC).
The Huskies now sport a 8-5 record. They play next when they host Lake Norman for a Greater Metro/Queen City/Catawba Shores/S Piedmont challenge on Tuesday, April 18. Hough will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 18-4 league win over South Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-3.
