Castro Valley Trojans (Castro Valley, CA) supporters left the game pleased Wednesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA), 10-1 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Castro Valley improves its record to 8-2 on the year. The Trojans travel to Liberty (Brentwood, CA) to play the Lions in a non-league game on Thursday, April 3. The Lions enter the game with a record of 3-2. Liberty won 7-4 in their recent non-league game against College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA)
