The Heritage Patriots crushed the host Alcovy Tigers baseball team by a count of 9-3 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Patriots now possess a 7-16 record. They take the field next when they host Rockdale County for a AAAAAA Region 3 bout on Friday, April 23. Heritage will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 14-4 league loss to Grovetown (Grovetown, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-18.

Next, the Tigers face the Evans Knights (Evans, GA) in a AAAAAA Region 3 bout, on Thursday, April 22. Alcovy will attempt to move on its 8-19 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 13-13 record after their 3-2 league loss to Lakeside (Evans, GA).
