Maine High School Lacrosse - Cheverus overwhelms Lake Region
April 20, 2022: Portland, ME 04103 The Cheverus Stags lacrosse team scored 14 points and limited the visiting Lake Region Lakers to 6 in the Stags non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Stags (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Sanford (Sanford, ME). The Spartans enter the non-league game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Sanford was overwhelmed by Gorham (Gorham, ME), 16-1, in a league game.
The Lakers (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Waynflete (Portland, ME). The Flyers enter the Class C game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Waynflete was overwhelmed by North Yarmouth Academy (Yarmouth, ME), 10-9, in a league game.
