In Monday's league game, the visiting Patagonia Lobos baseball team scored a close 7-4 victory over the San Simon Longhorns.

The Lobos (8-8) will now prepare for their game against Duncan (Duncan, AZ). The Wildkats enter the 1A South game with a 12-4 record. In their last game, Duncan held off Fort Thomas (Fort Thomas, AZ), 9-1, in a league game.
