New York High School Lacrosse - Corning-Painted Post bounces Chenango Forks
April 22, 2022: Corning, NY 14830 The Corning-Painted Post Hawks lacrosse team scored 16 points and held the visiting Chenango Forks Blue Devils to 2 in the Hawks league win on Friday.
The Hawks (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Union-Endicott (Endicott, NY). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 1-5 record. In their last game, Union-Endicott was overwhelmed by Vestal (Vestal, NY), 15-6, in a league game.
The Blue Devils (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Seton Catholic Central (Binghamton, NY). The Saints go into the Section 4 STAC - Central game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Seton Catholic Central was overwhelmed by Owego Free Academy (Owego, NY), 10-9, in a league game.
