Arizona High School Volleyball - Higley over Desert Vista

Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Desert Vista Thunder (Phoenix, AZ), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Knights clash with the Williams Field Black Hawks (Gilbert, AZ) in a 5A San Tan match, on Tuesday, April 26. Higley will attempt to advance on its 19-6 season record. The Black Hawks come into the match with a 8-8 record after their 3-1 league loss to Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ).

With the loss, Desert Vista drops to 17-12 on the campaign. The Thunder travel to Corona del Sol (Tempe, AZ) to clash with the Aztecs in a 6A Central match on Tuesday, April 26. The Aztecs come into the match with a record of 15-9. Corona del Sol lost 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Higley (Gilbert, AZ)
