Maryland High School Lacrosse - Poly overwhelms Dunbar
April 23, 2026: Baltimore, MD 21231 The Poly Engineers (Baltimore, MD) lacrosse routed the host Dunbar Poets (Baltimore, MD), 11-4 in Thursday's league outing.
The Engineers now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Glenelg for a non-league outing on Monday, April 27. Poly will face a Gladiators squad coming off a 12-9 non-league win over Marriotts Ridge (Marriottsville, MD). The Gladiators record now stands at 8-1.
With the loss, Dunbar falls to 3-4 on the year. The Poets travel to Forest Park (Baltimore, MD) to face the Foresters in a Baltimore City outing on Tuesday, April 28. The Foresters go into the outing with a record of 5-3. Forest Park won 15-0 in their recent league outing against Mergenthaler Vo-Tech (Baltimore, MD)
