The Santa Cruz Valley Dust Devils baseball squad (Eloy, AZ), was overwhelmed 13-3 in Thursday's league contest with the host Veritas Prep Falcons (Phoenix, AZ)

With the triumph, Veritas Prep moves its record to 9-7 on the season. The Falcons travel to Tempe Prep (Tempe, AZ) to confront the Knights in a 2A Valley contest on Monday, April 28. The Knights come into the contest with a record of 4-12. Tempe Prep lost 11-1 in their recent league contest against Arizona Lutheran Academy (Phoenix, AZ)

The Dust Devils now possess a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Miami for a non-league contest on Saturday, April 26. Santa Cruz Valley will confront a Vandals squad coming off a 16-11 non-league loss to Willcox (Willcox, AZ). The Vandals record now stands at 2-18.
