April 24, 2025: Elgin, IL 60120 The St. Charles East Fighting Saints (St. Charles, IL) volleyball knocked off the host Elgin Maroons (Elgin, IL), 2-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Fighting Saints now possess a 14-9 record. They play next when they travel to St. Charles North for a DuKane bout on Tuesday, April 29. St. Charles East will clash with a North Stars team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Bartlett (Bartlett, IL). The North Stars record now stands at 11-9.
With the loss, Elgin drops to 5-17 on the campaign. The Maroons travel to Mundelein (Mundelein, IL) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Saturday, April 26. The Mustangs come into the bout with a record of 10-2. Mundelein lost 2-1 in their recent league bout against Libertyville (Libertyville, IL)
