The crowd at Friday's league bout between the May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC) and the host Colleton County Cougars (Walterboro, SC), observed May River's softball team get by Colleton County by a final score of 10-6.

The Sharks (9-4) will now prepare for their bout against Cross (Bluffton, SC). The Stingrays go into the non-league bout with a 7-6 record. In their last bout, Cross was routed by Battery Creek (Beaufort, SC), 7-6, in a non-league bout.
