The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Charles D. Owen Warhorses (Black Mountain, NC) and the host Polk County Wolverines (Columbus, NC), saw Charles D. Owen's soccer squad get by Polk County by a margin of 2-1.
The Warhorses now sport a 12-2 record. They play next when they host Madison for a Western Highlands 1A/2A test on Monday, April 29. Charles D. Owen will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Highlands (Highlands, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 6-4.
