April 26, 2021: Ashtabula, OH 44004 The Cardinal Huskies crushed the host St. John Fighting Herald baseball team by a count of 17-3 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Huskies now possess a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they host Lake Catholic for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 27. Cardinal will face a Cougars team coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to University School (Hunting Valley, OH). The Cougars record now stands at 7-11.
Next, the Fighting Herald face the Geneva Eagles (Geneva, OH) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, April 28. St. John will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 6-6 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Gilmour Academy (Gates Mills, OH).
