Michigan High School Baseball - Centreville nips Union City
April 27, 2024: Union City, MI 49094 Centreville Bulldogs (Centreville, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Union City Chargers (Union City, MI), 6-5 in a non-league test.
With the win, Centreville upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Bulldogs host Marcellus (Marcellus, MI) to battle the Wildcats in a Southwest 10 test on Monday, April 29. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 14-0. Marcellus won 13-1 in their recent non-league test against Martin (Martin, MI)
With the defeat, Union City falls to 4-8 on the season. The Chargers travel to Bronson (Bronson, MI) to battle the Vikings in a Big 8 test on Tuesday, April 30. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 2-8.
