Ohio High School Softball - Harrison Central bounces St. Clairsville
April 28, 2022: St. Clairsville, OH 43950 Harrison Central Huskies (Cadiz, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host St. Clairsville Red Devils (St. Clairsville, OH), 18-5 in a league challenge.
The Huskies now own a 12-4 record. They take the field next when they host Edison for a Buckeye 8 challenge on Saturday, April 30. Harrison Central will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Martins Ferry (Martins Ferry, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-10.
With the loss, St. Clairsville falls to 2-17 on the campaign. The Red devils host Weir (Weirton, WV) to battle the Red Riders in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 2. The Red Riders enter the challenge with a record of 18-7. Weir lost 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Oak Glen (New Cumberland, WV)
