The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the Concord Spiders (Concord, NC) and the visiting Gray Stone Day Knights (Misenheimer, NC), saw Concord's soccer squad triumph over Gray Stone Day by a margin of 9-0.

The Spiders now sport a 11-5 record. They play next when they travel to West Rowan for a South Piedmont 3A test on Wednesday, May 4. Concord will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 9-0 league loss to Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 9-8.
