Saline Hornets (Saline, MI) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Monroe Trojans (Monroe, MI), 13-0 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Saline advances its record to 14-4 on the season. The Hornets travel to Northville (Northville, MI) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league match on Saturday, May 2. The Mustangs come into the match with a record of 6-8.

The Trojans now have a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Mary Catholic Central for a non-league match on Friday, May 1. Monroe will battle a Falcons squad coming off a 6-5 league loss to Grosse Ile (Grosse Ile, MI). The Falcons record now stands at 10-3.
