In Monday's non-league test, the Purnell Swett Rams (Pembroke, NC) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting St. Pauls Bulldogs (St. Pauls, NC), by a tally of 15-0.

Next, the Rams meet the East Columbus Gators (Lake Waccamaw, NC) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 7. Purnell Swett will attempt to advance on its 10-4 season record. The Gators go into the test with a 11-4 record after their 21-5 non-league win over Scotland (Laurinburg, NC).

The Bulldogs (6-9) will now prepare for their test against Scotland (Laurinburg, NC). The Scots go into the non-league test with a 8-7 record. In their last test, Scotland was routed by East Columbus (Lake Waccamaw, NC), 21-5, in a non-league test.
