California High School Softball - Mar Vista bounces Canyon Hills
April 8, 2022: Imperial Beach, CA 91932 Mar Vista Mariners (Imperial Beach, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Canyon Hills Rattlers (San Diego, CA), 17-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Mariners now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Coronado for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 12. Mar Vista will face a Islanders squad coming off a 10-2 non-league loss to Helix (La Mesa, CA). The Islanders record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Canyon Hills falls to 3-2 on the campaign. The Rattlers travel to Academy of Our Lady of Peace (San Diego, CA) to face the Pilots in a challenge on Wednesday, April 13. The Pilots enter the challenge with a record of 0-5. Academy of Our Lady of Peace lost 11-0 in their recent non-league challenge against West Hills (Santee, CA)
