John Milledge Academy Trojans (Milledgeville, GA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Valwood Valiants (Valdosta, GA), 7-2 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Trojans confront the Monsignor Donovan Catholic (Athens, GA) in a GISA Region 4 challenge, on Thursday, April 15. John Milledge Academy will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record.

The Valiants now have a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they host Brookwood for a GISA Region 3 challenge on Monday, April 12. Valwood will confront a Warriors team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Deerfield-Windsor (Albany, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 7-5.
