The Melba Mustangs overwhelmed the visiting Vision softball squad by a count of 12-1 in Thursday's league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Weiser Wolverines (Weiser, ID) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 11. Melba will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Wolverines go into the challenge with a 12-1 record after their 24-3 league win over McCall-Donnelly (McCall, ID).

The (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Nampa Christian (Nampa, ID). The Trojans go into the 3A Western Idaho challenge with a 10-0 record. In their last challenge, Nampa Christian toppled North Fremont (Ashton, ID), 16-6, in a non-league challenge.
