The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA) and the host Monte Vista Monarchs (Spring Valley, CA), saw Grossmont's lacrosse team top Monte Vista by a margin of 24-2.

The Foothillers (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Canyon Crest Academy (San Diego, CA). The Ravens enter the non-league challenge with a 12-6 record. In their last test, Canyon Crest Academy was overwhelmed by La Costa Canyon (Carlsbad, CA), 18-8, in a league test.
