Virginia High School Lacrosse - Madison overwhelms West Potomac
May 11, 2021: Vienna, VA 22181 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Madison Warhawks (Vienna, VA) and the visiting West Potomac Wolverines (Alexandria, VA), saw Madison's lacrosse team overcome West Potomac by a margin of 9-2.
The Warhawks (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Chantilly (Chantilly, VA). The Chargers enter the District 1 challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Chantilly edged Woodson (Fairfax, VA), 7-6, in a non-league challenge.
The Wolverines (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Mount Vernon (Alexandria, VA). The Majors enter the District 3 challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Mount Vernon was overwhelmed by T.C. Williams (Alexandria, VA), 13-4, in a league challenge.
