May 14, 2021: Norridge, IL 60706 The Taft Eagles topped the host Ridgewood Rebels volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Eagles now have a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jones for a Chicago Public Gold test on Tuesday, May 18. Taft will confront a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 league win over Payton College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 9-7.
The Rebels (3-7) will now prepare for their test against St. Francis (Wheaton, IL). The Spartans enter the test with a 18-0 record. In their last test, St. Francis gained a win over Wheaton-Warrenville South (Wheaton, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
