The Bucksport Golden Bucks baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Mount View Mustangs to 4 in the Golden Bucks league win on Monday.

The Golden Bucks now own a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sumner for a Class C North test on Wednesday, May 20. Bucksport will play a Tigers team coming off a 8-4 league loss to Dexter (Dexter, ME). The Tigers record now stands at 6-6.

With the defeat, Mount View drops to 6-8 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Orono (Orono, ME) to play the Riots in a Class C North test on Wednesday, May 20. The Riots go into the test with a record of 4-7. Orono won 10-6 in their recent league test against Fort Kent (Fort Kent, ME)
