Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC) followers exited the stadium satisfied Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC), 17-8 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Marvin Ridge advances its record to 19-3 on the season. The Mavericks travel to Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC) to play the Wildcats in a non-league game on Friday, May 23. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 14-6. Lake Norman won 21-9 in their recent non-league game against West Forsyth (Clemmons, NC)
