May 22, 2021: Detroit, MI 48207 Edison Academy Pioneers (Detroit, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Henry Ford Academy: School for Creative Studies Mustangs (Detroit, MI), 6-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Edison Academy upgrades its record to 22-2 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Trenton (Trenton, MI) to battle the Trojans in a non-league test on Monday, May 24. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 23-5. Trenton won 11-6 in their recent non-league test against Ida (Ida, MI)
With the defeat, Henry Ford Academy: School for Creative Studies falls to 0-2 on the season.
