Michigan High School Lacrosse - Chippewa Valley drops to Grosse Pointe South
May 4, 2022: Grosse Pointe, MI 48236 Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils (Grosse Pointe, MI) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Chippewa Valley Big Reds (Clinton Township, MI), 16-2 in a league battle.
The Blue Devils now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host North Farmington for a battle on Friday, May 6.
In their next game, the Big Reds clash with the Grosse Pointe North Norsemen (Grosse Pointe, MI) in a Division 1 Region 3 battle, on Thursday, May 5. Chippewa Valley will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record. The Norsemen come into the battle with a 0-6 record after their 10-9 league loss to Cass Tech (Detroit, MI).
