The Chugiak Mustangs soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Service Cougars to 1 in the Mustangs league victory on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now possess a 6-5 record. They play next when they host South Anchorage for a Cook Inlet bout on Thursday, May 7. Chugiak will play a Wolverines squad coming off a 5-0 league win over Bartlett (Anchorage, AK). The Wolverines record now stands at 7-3.

With the loss, Service moves to 6-4 on the year. The Cougars host Dimond (Anchorage, AK) to play the Lynx in a Cook Inlet bout on Thursday, May 7. The Lynx go into the bout with a record of 10-0. Dimond won 10-1 in their recent league bout against Eagle River (Eagle River, AK)
