Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Stamford drops to Greenwich
May 6, 2021: Stamford, CT 06902 Greenwich Cardinals (Greenwich, CT) boosters exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Stamford Black Knights (Stamford, CT), 17-3 in a league battle.
The Cardinals now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Warde for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 8. Greenwich will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 10-9 non-league loss to Branford (Branford, CT). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-5.
In their next game, the Black Knights clash with the Guilford Grizzlies (Guilford, CT) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 8. Stamford will attempt to advance on its 5-6 season record. The Grizzlies come into the battle with a 8-2 record after their 12-10 non-league loss to Staples (Westport, CT).
